Acting as the Marketing and Communications Manager, I developed and executed Pre and Grand opening PR strategies, managed social media channels and oversaw the branding of four new F&B outlets. I successfully increased awareness and engagement through content marketing, with an opening campaign resulting in over 1 million organic impressions and 18,000 organic followers on Instagram. I managed PR initiatives, media events and relationships with local and international media and influencers. Additionally, I supervised PR and branding agencies, prepared reports on key KPIs, managed the budget and directed and trained in-house and agency talent.

As the Content Manager, I oversaw the launch of both the SS-2021 and FW-2021 collections, managing content software and coordinating with creative agencies for photo and video shoots. Additionally, I created editorial content and maintained high-quality copywriting across various digital platforms. I also took on the role of Social Media Manager for the brand's extension, Penn Rich, overseeing its social media strategy and content.

As the PR project leader, I managed the Pre-Opening phase during a complete renovation, overseeing collaterals and re-branding for two new F&B outlets. I also served as the Social Media Manager, handling nine F&B outlets including NOBU Restaurant, engaging in strategic advertisement and building relationships with media and influencers. I produced press releases, managed hotel events and media stays, updated websites, executed digital campaigns, and directed photo/video shoots. Additionally, I coordinated online reputation management, paid media, SEO and created hotel collaterals with Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.

Directed the social media campaign for a successful Opening of Riviera by FS, the first-ever stand-alone restaurant by Four Seasons. In addition to this role, I served as the Head of a 3-member PR team, overseeing their activities and ensuring optimal performance. As a departmental trainer, I provided guidance and support to enhance the team's skills. Building strong relationships with local media and influencers was also a key focus, further amplifying the brand's presence and reach.
